Summer - December, January, February. Warm days but be prepared for cooler evenings than you might expect due to the altitude. |

In general, the weather is agreeable any time of year for holiday travel. If you want snow skiing then July to October is the usual season. If you are heading into the mountains to hike then it is important to note that storms any time of year can bring snow and freezing temperatures at altitude - be prepared.
